Adaptive Sports Partners

Cannon Mountain is partnered with Adaptive Sports Partners to make adaptive ski/ride opportunities and instruction available to people of all abilities, ages 3+. Adaptive Sports Partners has a highly-trained group of volunteer instructors and a wide variety of adaptive ski and ride equipment. As a PSIA/AASI member school, Adaptive Sports Partners offers a safe and fun approach to alpine skiing and riding.

Adaptive Sports Partners has a variety of equipment to best help sit-down and stand-up skiers and riders reach their goals on the mountain. Adaptive Sports Partners is proud to be in their seventh winter of hosting the TetraSki, the world’s only independent alpine ski for complex disabilities.

Adaptive Sports Partners is located on the lower level of Peabody Lodge.

The mission of Adaptive Sports Partners is to empower individuals with disabilities by building community, confidence, and skills through sport, recreation, and adventure. Athletes of all disabilities are welcome, including those with physical, developmental, emotional, and behavioral disabilities.

Lessons are by advanced reservation only.

Sessions include: equipment rental, adaptive equipment, lift ticket and trained volunteer instructors.

Lessons times:

Tuesdays–Sundays

AM Lessons: 9:30 a.m.–12 p.m.

PM Lessons: 1–3:30 p.m.

Full Day Lessons : 9:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Monday lessons available on 1/20/2025, 2/17/2025 from 9:30 a.m.– 12 p.m. and 1–3:30pm

Lesson Pricing:

AM or PM session (2.5 hours): $50.00

full-day session (5 hour):  $90.00

Scholarships are available! We believe everyone should be able to participate in our programs, no matter their financial situation. We strive to keep our programs affordable, but recognize some may need additional support to access our programs.
