Tuning and Repair

The Cannon Mountain Tuning & Repair Shop is located in the Peabody Lodge at the Peabody Base area and uses state of the art equipment from Wintersteiger. Cannon staff members are trained and certified by Wintersteiger. We use the Wintersteiger Sigma 350RS Programmable Ski and Snowboard Stonegrinder, Trim Disc, a ceramic disc finish, and the Speedtronic, for calibrating bindings. The Speedtronic is the fastest equipment for calibrating bindings.

Our Wintersteiger tuning center will put your skis/boards in peak condition while you wait.

The advantage to the Trim Disc is:

Precise edge geometry along the whole length of the ski and board
Accurate edge angles
Fine, smooth edge surface
Self-sharpening ceramic discs
Equals = better grip on icy snow, make turning more easy

Basic Tune - $30
Includes: Wet belt base, side edge and wax of the day. 

Stone Grind - $35
Includes: Ceramic side/base edge bevel, base structure and wax of the day

Full Stone Grind - $45
Includes: Base repair, ceramic side/base edge bevel, base structure and wax of the day

Hot Wax - $12

Binding Mount or Remount - $40
